Just take your mods folder and config folder, copy them into another directory, then download the same version of forge that you have in your pack from the forge website, and install the server to that same directory. Then just run the server and it will create all the necessary files. You may also want to look up guides on making a good server start batch file if your modpack is heavy.
how can I make my modpack a serverpack

You just need the server files.
