What ? how does my Server files for my Minecraft modpack with that addon for wow ?

It's a bug.

Just change the file and reupload.
for it to get rejected again this is not the first time it's happened
Try renaming the file and adding a text file inside the zip.
I was having the same issue. I added a text file in, and it still didn't work.
