1. Are you Exporting the Profile with the Twitch-App?
2. How many mods are there for your Mod-Pack?
3. What is the File Size of the Exported Profile for your Mod-Pack?
Ok, If, you would like to send me the exported profile i'll take a look and see what could be the problem. My system can handle up-to 110mods (Its a Laptop with 8Gb Ram). I'll be more then happy to help look into it. I've fix several problems with my own mod pack with help from a tester.

I am using the witch app, file is 9,768kb, and 90 mods exactly
