Right now, I get a lot of email notices telling me that there are new versions of mods that I am subscribed to following.
Except ... some mods are updating for 1.7.10, only. Others are 1.8.9 or 1.9 only.
A few are mostly 1.8.9, with backports to 1.7.10
What I'd like to see is a version indication in the email subject line, so I know that I only need to check out the files that match the version of minecraft I'm using.
"Why not just unsubscribe from the ones that have moved on?"
Because I will want to use them in the future when I do update. If I have two significant mods in my world that have not updated, I have to wait to update until they do.
