i think everyone who has been on the forums within the last few weeks knows what i'm talking about.
these points are the most important:
1. most of those accounts are superfresh by the time they spam (a few hours old).
2. they create about 1 thread every few minutes.
3. they are not even real "spam" accounts: i never saw a link or advertising, just useless trash that looks like someone tries to come up in as many google searches as possible.
to me, the simplest solution would be a restriction like "1 thread per hour", just like the post-restriction of 1 post per minute.
an IP-restriction (only one account creation per IP per day) might help, too.
any other ideas? it just sucks when you can't see the latest threads due to 5 pages of spam post.
