If anyone is still having this issue there is a supper easy fix: Hop on the CurseForge Discord and tell us what the Number is for the Child addon error.
This is an issue on CF server side, with thousands of IDs some may get missed. So Please let us know on discord if you get the Child addon ID: ### Error.
Try installing the pack now, I sent the child number to the team that fixes it and they fixed that child number. if you are getting a new number let me know here or tell us on discord so it can be fixed as well.
I had sent this off to be fixed. Should be able to try downloading what you were trying to now. If it fails again let us know on the CF Dirscord https://discord.com/invite/curseforge

i found a way to fix it. you just need to download the server pack and take the mods out from there and it lets u add in more mods if u want
