Okay so the performance of my Minecraft is horrible. Its not the fps and I have a good computer. I have the following mods: (all 1.10.2 Forge)

One thing I have noticed is the mem. It will go from about 85% up to 90% every second, and when its at 90% my screen freezes for a second. Could anyone help me?

To be honest, I would say try allocate some more ram and restart it? I only saw 1024MB as your allocated memory, add some more could help usually.
