I'm assuming so far that CurseForge doesn't work on Windows 10 Edition because you need a launcher, which MCWin10 doesn't have. But, just in case, I wanted to double check.
The Windows 10 version is quite limited. You have to bought the game from the site minecraft.net and it allows to have the Java version + Windows 10 version at the same time.

yeah me to i bought mcwin10 for 22 pounds i looked at java after reading that it doesnt work on my version and its 17 ponds im mad and sad now
