I was trying to use a 1.12.2 mod but its newer and I want it for an older pack. Now yes I would just switch to 1.12.2 but I can't since the mods I want to use won't be in that version due to it being newer. Is there any way I can take a 1.12.2 mod/.jar file and turn it into a 1.10.2 mod/.jar?
I realize that I could ask the original creator of the mod. But I am using a decently simple mod. Its expanded equivalence. I wanted to do that so I can make a pack that allows for most things to be emcable.

Curse PremiumIt's doable, but it probably won't be that easy depending on what the mod is (and whether or not you have access to the source code.)
I'd suggest asking the original creator of the mod.
