Do you mean favourites or projects your following? If it's followed projects then go to your account and then subscriptions. Otherwise I don't know about favourites only about email notifications for them that's all.

I sometimes create the odd modpack or adventure map once an idea comes together.

please clarify? open run %appdata% /.minecraft
put stuff in mods, resourcepacks, or shaderpacks
the rest you can find it in google/youtube
