I have a company that I am focusing less time on nowadays and want to try minimise my expenses.
I have ANZ eGate & ANZ Eftpos Terminal.
I almost never use the terminal anymore apart from punching in a clients credit card merchant services manually (if this can be done online somehow too that is fine).
I run a Magento 1.9x website, what is the best value for money merchant. The transactions would be few with relatively low margins but some transactions could have high value $500-1500. Mostly would be in the $100s with no more than 20 per month.
I am currently paying with ANZ:
$75.74 & $71.95 “ANZ Bank Merchant Fee”
I assume one is for the virtual terminal and the other is for the eftpos machine.
PayPal is a popular payment gateway that can be easily integrated with Magento. It has no setup fees or monthly fees, but it does charge a transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
Can i also use same card system for my taxi tour manchester company. As i am not register company in UK so 1st i have to register? Or without registration work can be done.
Considering your aim to minimize expenses, you might want to explore online credit card processing options that align with your business model. Since you mentioned a Magento 1.9x website, it's crucial to find a solution that seamlessly integrates with your platform and meets your specific requirements.
For businesses with occasional high-value transactions and lower monthly volumes, I'd recommend looking into payment gateways that cater to your needs. Additionally, given the nature of your business, have you considered exploring mobile car detailing-specific merchant services? Some providers offer industry-specific solutions with tailored features.
Square for Mobile Car Detailing: Square is known for its user-friendly interface and transparent pricing. It can be an excellent fit for businesses like mobile car detailing. With Square, you can accept payments on the go using your mobile device, making it convenient for your type of service.
Stripe for Mobile Services: Stripe is another versatile option that integrates well with Magento. It provides tools for online businesses and can be configured to manage payments for mobile services like car detailing. Check their pricing structure to ensure it aligns with your transaction volume.
PayPal Mobile Payments: PayPal is widely accepted and offers mobile payment solutions. It's convenient for businesses with occasional transactions. You can explore PayPal's features to see if they match your business needs.
Before making a decision, ensure that the chosen provider supports Magento 1.9x and offers competitive rates for your transaction volumes. It's also worth reaching out to these providers directly to discuss your specific business model and negotiate customized solutions.
I hope this provides some insight, and if you have any more questions or if you are specifically looking for options in the mobile car detailing industry, feel free to ask!
