I was wondering if anyone had a rough all-inclusive(materials and labor)masonry estimating service? Looking for a rough cost, either per block or square foot for a fully grouted 8" block with vertical reinforcement every 24". I have the NCMA Tek's for masonry estimator, just nothing cost. I don't need exact numbers, just some rough figures I can throw around.
The cost of concrete blocks can vary depending on the type, size, and quality. On average, you can expect the cost of an 8" concrete block to range from $1.50 to $3 per block.Labor costs can vary significantly depending on the region and the complexity of the project. It's best to consult with local masonry contractors to get accurate labor rates for your area. Labor costs for masonry work are usually calculated per square foot or per block. www.yourtexasbenefits.com
