My family had an emergency financial problem so all my savings were lost. I have a house payment in Pag Ibig where the family lives now that is 10k per month. My bonus from current employer will come on April 25th salary and only then will I be able to relax and pay whatever debt is accrued from now until the bonus arrives. The housing loan is my problem now using PAG IBIG Housing Loan Delayed Payment. 10k due every 15th of the month. I'm thinking if I can not pay it on March 15 and April 15, it doesn't matter that it's 2 months late, then I can just pay the 20k penalties on April 25. I thought of it so that the 20k can be used now for hospital bills and medicine until the bonus comes. I'm worried that the property might be foreclosed immediately? That's where my family lives now. :( Has anyone done this? Is Pag Ibig going to foreclose that fast? :
Foreclosure is typically a last resort for lenders, and many institutions are willing to work with borrowers facing temporary financial difficulties. Consider reaching out to Pag-IBIG to explain your circumstances and discuss a possible temporary arrangement or a restructuring of payments. They may have specific procedures or options available for situations like yours Review of the American Express Airpoints Platinum credit card. Delaying payments without informing the lender might lead to penalties, and continuous non-payment could potentially escalate the issue. Open communication is key, and it's advisable to seek advice from Pag-IBIG directly or consult with a financial advisor to explore the best course of action given your specific situation.
