Can someone tell me why this lags so much

Is there any error message when you try to run it ?

A mod list is not very helpful for debugging lag issues.

Can you send a screenshot of the F3 screen, and a link to a spark profile (install https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/spark, then run /spark profiler, wait a minute then run /spark profiler --stop)
