I just recently updated my All the Mods Lite server to 1.23 and there are a couple issues:
None of the Draconic Evolution recipes exist in JEI anymore, they did in 1.22
The 64k drives from Refined Storage are missing their textures.
you better report this to the authors and/or in the respective subreddit.
