I am stuck with yet another issue. When I launch my world, it takes more than 45 seconds (after more than 5 minutes to start the pack), and then I get "shutting down the internal server" and the game crashes. This is really annoying, because I searched and cannot find any way to speed up the start of the game. The crash log has no useful information, except there was yet another ConcurentModificationException because of silly Java iterators not allowing to modify the iterated over collections and all mods doing all sorts of stuff concurrently. This worked in the past, I didn't update the pack nor the JVM, and then I cannot start my world anymore. I cannot continue playing that game if I have a limited time to complete packs, and then they go out of life and cannot start at all after a while.
Right before my game became unusable, starting to crash at world load, I was in the Aether trying to get the entrance to the Slider's Labyrinth. I searched for that totem for more than 3 hours without any result. Seems since the update to 3.6.0, something changed and the totem isn't generated anymore. I saw Direwolf20 find this entrance and defeat both the Slider and the Valkirie queen, but I'm stuck. Is it because packs now have a limited time duration and after a while, things break and we have to switch pack. That pretty much irons out non-kithensink packs for me then because I am working full time and can just play during weekends.
In the top of the controls settings, isn't there a "disable auto-jump" option? Or did they add that mod that requires that iron apple thing to disable it?
i posted this on modpack forums, guess i should have posted on here. also edited the post but it didnt change for some reason. is there any way to increase spawn range?
The Draconic Evolution chapter is driving me totally insane. The recipes were changed to be way harder and that will just never end. Awakened ingots were replaced with Awakened BLOCKS and Wyvern core require fusion crafting. I just cannot remember all of these recipes so I try to automate them with AE2 and that is a miserable failure, unless I craft ONE ITEM at a time. I tried the slimeball trick I saw Hypnotizd doing and that just fails as well. The system removes the slimeball prematurely and that just causes AE2 to push new items and the crafts completely fail. Seems there is no other solution than installing Refined Storage which has a better blocking mode, but that is just a real non-sense. If I really have to add a mod to this pack, I'd be better add something that will directly automate this fusion table, maybe even modular machines that could provide a machine that would directly accept the input ingredients, take RF and create the output. Any idea?
I'm trying to progress towards the end of this pack, and Mystical Agriculture requires tons, tons, tons, tons of Inferium. Seems I have to move my map to a server but not sure it will work. This is kind of a non-sense to waste CPU cycle waiting for mobs to die and then come back later to get the stuff. Seems to be a trend with many packs nowadays. Hypnotizd faced the same problem in Project Ozone 3; he had to have his game run hours and hours on a server to get 10k+ of some resources. There should be better ways than this.
Is there anyway to have multiple islands, like one for each player on a multiplayer LAN world? If so, how would it work and would there be any way to travel between them? How far apart would they be?
Also, when doing /island create, does it chose a random island or just picks the grass one?
So I have this apex hosting server does anyone know how to make it where i spawn in on a normal skyblock type of world instead of the overworld normal minecraft world?
I'm having a issue where I get stuck on a island of bedrock for world creation, and the command I am used to doesn't seem to be working. Maybe someone could offer a suggestion, or give me a command that will work?

Seems like questions don't get answered here anymore but I'll go ahead and ask anyway just in case. I am entirely unable to do anything in the modpack because there are no quests! I open the questbook and see only an entirely blank page. I have tried /bq_admin default load, which just gives me "Quest database not found". There are no helpful answers I can find on the internet. I have reinstalled the modpack approximately a dozen times. I have tried old installations. I have tried everything anyone has suggested on google. Nothing has worked. Would love some help.
The game just crashes when you try to start it, it tries to start and loads many mods but then crashes compleatly. I have played a lot of different mods from curseforge but this just isn't working.
are there any mods that aren't needed so i can get rid of lag or load the game faster

Our ram ram capacity has problems. Is there any way to improve it!
