Is there away to force the twitch app to use another version of java? I ask because IE gives out a warning to not use java version 1.8.0_25 and the java version install on my pc is up to date on the current version. Only thing I can find in the twitch app is to change the launch method and changing it to Jar Launcher causing it to only launch villain MC.
Hello I'm trying to download this modpack from the twitch launcher but when i start the download it eventually stops and gives me a message saying, "Error: Failed to get mod loader from the manifest!". Is there a way to manually install the pack? Any help will be appreciated.
I believe you just have to wait for the launcher to fully load everything, which can take a few minutes, or just wait till the online traffic of people downloading the pack lightens up. Try relaunching the launcher, giving it about 3-5 minutes, then try downloading the pack again. That's usually the case.
Hello everyone. I have a problem here, as i have just started to play skyblock 3 i found that i have to press the key "G" for detail or something like that but i cant press on it if i press g then it says i am not wearing any chiseled armor .Do anyone knows how to solve this?
You shuld go to the controll settings and disable every key-binding whick is set to "G". Only the key-bind for for ghe "guide" can you leave enabled. Or other option: set the guide to an other key.
I'm having the same problem as monsterxpsycho, and it seems to be happening after the download has finished since it's moved on to unzipping and copying the files, and deleting the temporary folder before it cancels the installation.
I was having the same issue. What helped for me is to go to versions and install an older version (though i did wait for a few minutes before installing). Now it is installing the modpack juts fine.
just started this modpack yesterday and enjoying it a lot but i have no way to automate the crucible as the crucible inserter is missing. theres a reference to it in the guide and i see wilx made one on his video 6 days ago.
is my copy corrupted or was it removed or something?
yeah just did the kitchen sink mode and found it, it's a gated item that dosn't even show up with a recipe in jei. thanks for the help really appreciate it :)

Simply run the forge.jar with java via command line. For example "java -Xmx8192M -jar forge-1.12.2.jar nogui"

Ist horrible to get them without the stopwatch.
Why did you took the emc of the compressed cobble? I used them as an emc storrage and have about 15k of them now beeing useless.

ahhhhh could be, i'm in gated mode. i'll have to check if that's the problem and check back with the results
