When you look through JEI at the items, there's a list of colors under the mod name. What is that for and how can I turn it off? It makes it very difficult to look anything up that happens to have one of those colors in it's name (99 pages for coal).

If you click the config button next to the JEI search bar and then select 'search options' set ^color to disabled
I don't play on a server, but in normal difficulty I got to the END Nether by building a portal like in vanilla minecraft. two obsidian on bottom, of opening. Three Obsidian on each side of the opening, two across the top, leaving a two by 3 opening. Then I ignite with a flint and steel.
I don't yet know how to get to the END. Sorry for the error.
How the hell do you complete the Canola oil quest?? I can't seem to get the quest book detect that I have 1000 mB of Canola Oil. I even tried to build an Object Submission Station and pumped it in (after selecting the quest from its horrible GUI) and again nothing.
I had a similar issue with "Mixing it Up" from Immersive Engineering. I found that you MUST have 1 bucket of each liquid required AT THE SAME TIME in your inventory. They don't get checked off as you do them. I haven't done the Canola Quest yet, but I would imagine it's the same.
I have a small problem with AE2 and a induction smelter. I set the recipe to make bronze ingot and told the induction smelter to input and output from the bottom because the AE2 interface is on the bottom. I see it will do the craft and even input it back into the AE system but the AE system hangs up, never seeing that it got bronze ingots in return. I am at a lost as to what the issue is. I have try replacing the blocks and making sure no cables are touching the AE2 interface but the issue wont go away. Anyone have any thoughts on what I could do to fix this?
Possibly an Ore Dictionary quirk? I know with AE2 you can have the ingredients used allow substitutions, but maybe the output has to be the type that comes from the smelter for it to register? Maybe try remaking the template with the bronze ingot you get from the smelter as the output and see if that works.
Follow the questbook. If you haven't gotten far enough in the quest book, then you aren't ready for them. You need a dark matter warper to get actual wither skeletons. If you just need wither skeleton skulls, you need to get Withering Bees.
I got a question regarding this whole bee-mod: is it actually necessary to fully progress through the mod and breed bees (e.g. the wither-bees) to progress further in the questline? I already got my me system online and almost everything production/crafting-wise automated. Im not really interested in doing anything with this mod at all. It seems to be very tideous and not like an effective production source.
EDIT: i found World painter for editting the biome (Question 1)
Hello,
great pack, thanks a lot. i started today and i already LOVE it. had to restart my sand island twice because of losing items over the edge as i harvest them (sand, cactus)
a few questions for the author and others.
1- i ended up in a deep ocean biome. so far i noticed, it rains A LOT. and my little mob farm doesn't get a lot of mobs (is it related). is there a command to change the biome (even if it was an external app to edit my level file), or do i need to restart?
is here a reason IC2 wasn't included? aside from the many good machines it has, it would go well with the Embers mod, you can add a jetpack to the chest piece.
Also, the mod drawers wasn't included in this pack. is there a cheap similar to drawer mod to store stacks of items?
This pack has Storage Drawers. Super cheap recipes to make them. And the base single item drawer holds up to 2048. 2x1 each drawer 1024, and then the 2x2 each drawer 512
Is there any way to stop the Enderium Combustion Heater from consuming power when not in use other than just breaking the cable that its connected to?
Assuming you really mean the Combustion Heater and not the Heat Provider, it shouldn't be consuming power when not in use-- it only pulls fuel when crafting items and replenishing it's available HU back to max ... if you meant the Heat Provider, it will respond to a redstone signal.

I have a little Question: I need Wither Skeletons and I already have a mob farm in the nether, but they are not spawning. How can I get them?

Anyone else having problems with the quest book not detecting the Starlight Crafting Altar?
