You have to get firey blood by killing a Hydra in the Twilight Forest. I am going to change that recipe to require something else though.
Hey so ive been playing this pack for a while and im a bit confused in the blood magic quest line, I currently need to make the magician's orb but i cannot since i need 25000 lp and in order to get the runes that increase the amount of blood the altar can hold i need the magician's orb or higher. So can anyone tell me how to get enough blood in the altar to get the orb.

The Magician's Blood Orb is an Item added by Blood Magic, that is used to charge a Player's Soul Network, and also in various crafting recipes. It is the third tier Blood Orb. As with all blood orbs, the Magician's Blood Orb must first be bound to a Player by 'Right-clicking' with the orb in hand. After being bound, using the orb will damage the player for 1 heart and add 200 LP to the Player's network, up to a maximum of 150,000 LP.
Creating the Magician's Blood Orb will require several constant sacrifices in addition to any amount of LP currently stored in the Blood Altar. It is recommended to create the blood orb on an Altar upgraded with Runes of Sacrifice or Runes of Self-sacrifice. This process will take 100 seconds, consuming 400 LP/s.
I have aroung 20 SteelIngots....and i cant repair my SteelShovel with it...
Have think than okay...maybe i need tinkers Steel and put 3 Ingots (it stands only minecraft on they) in the smeltery...mhh...the ingots smelt....and ...disappears....havent get any molten steel or so...
why?
What should i do now with my shovel?
Cant use it because it has only around 30 durability.....cant repair....and i cant upgrade to another material without repair oO

Hey i'm not sure if I'm doing this incorrectly but the quest book states that Pride shards could be obtained by killing withers in the nether. However, i've killed at least 100 withers and not get a single one. I used a sword with looting 3 and haven't been able to get one. Is there something im doing wrong or are the chances really that low just to get 1 pride shard?

I just tested and every Wither I've killed in the nether dropped several.

I've integrated those into magic a lot anyways so that isn't really the same thing.
And honestly my main reason is I will never have the CoFH Suite and EnderIO in the same pack because they do basically the same thing.

BUT I just crafted a silky jewel and I can't get it to apply to my pickaxe.
I repaired the pickaxe up to full (just to make sure) and it says I have 2 modifiers available, so not too sure what I'm doing wrong!
Is this a bug, or am I being a derp?
Hi.. I'm looking for diamonds for a long time now.. are there any in there? and are they still at level 11/12? please help.. ☺
