When entering the multiplayer screen use whatever your ipv4 network address is. This is assuming your Minecraft server is using the default server settings of 25565.
Other potential causes:
1. internet being through a vpn or cablebased.
2. webside-privacy tools
3. firewalls

when i start my server i can join in ip4:25565 but cant join my real ip:25565 and my friends cant come the ip4:25565 and ip:25565

Its not a Minecraft issue, your internet is bad. Another possible cause is the server host has a different ip than you are attempting to connect to.
