I have looked for a bit and it doesn't seem like that's a thing. I don't think it would be too hard to make yourself, though. Try searching up on youtube "how to make a plugin 1.12.2" and you could try making it, or if you'd rather you can always pay someone else to make it on fiverr or any other websites like it.

You don't need to run the jar file. Do you have forge installed?
