I can't download any mod from the CurseForge site. To be clear, I am not attempting to download a modpack, just a mod. Every time I click on the download button and the time when the download should pop up, this message appears:

Relogging again doesn't work, only when I am using a VPN is when it does. It seems to be connected to my internet router.
