    The mod you are talking about is journey map and you can use that on any spigot server as it is a client-side forge mod.

    Well, I've decided I can't play this pack anymore, the updates happen too often, the direction/ recipies changes too much. The concept is fantastic, but this is not a finished pack, it should be listed as alpha.  I realise now the updates are just to boost the download numbers,  not to add anything useful to the pack.   The creator attitude towards the player base is abhorrent, I'm sure he knows, but does not care.  If this pack ever has a final release and does not just carry over into Modern Skyblock 3, I'll replay it, until then this is goodbye.

     Sorry that is a good point, yes there are some good changes too, and it is currently very stable,  I'm not sure I'd spot any of those other changes because I'm past most of those stages.   I think I was more irked because the change came just as I went to craft more extractor plates for my apiaries and really needed pistons.  I do love the concept of different modes,  is there a way for force the mode server side?  when I changed the server to expert, the change did not show up until I changed it client side.
    My youtube friends are complimenting you as they point out their frustrations, Scot says often that the pack is an amazing concept, when he says your evil he does mean it as a compliment, as in you've thought of everything like a evil mastermind.
    This pack is rare, because its like no other, every other skyblock is the same old, same old, hence why I've enjoyed it so much.

     One only needs to look at the download numbers to see the player base frustration, 2.4.4 almost 6000 downloads 226 server packs, vrs 2.5hf just over 1000 downloads 56 server pack downloads.   5 version ago almost 8000 downloads 239 server packs.  The changes are scaring away the players you can see it in the numbers.  If he was to say 2.5hf is the last major recipe changing upgrade, then we call all relax and enjoy the pack in our chosen mode.

     I offend you how? if truth causes offence then that is your issue.   People ask advice or post issues, you often give a snarky reply, I call you out on that and helps those players. I've helped several people on here with issues, that you seem to refuse to care about. Its minecraft this game is not meant to be locked into your idea of play, imagination is created by exploring and discovering. Locking people into ridgid do it by the book style play is really not fun. You want and ask for participation in this forum then get upset when people don't agree with you.
    Let us look at the newest release,  to make a button now takes clay, gravel, sticks after that needs cooking. You changed 1 part of a already over the top piston recipe that added 2 different calculators and another machine to needed for parts for said calculator.  You change the empowered redstona recipe so it needs a fire diamond, this need another unit that takes around 40 buttons, diamonds and emeralds, IE machine components  to build.  So a once working auto crafter setup to make pistons is now buggered, and the cost of pistons increases yet again (diams in pistons ouch).
    I enjoy the pack, I love the concept, I appreciate the effort it takes you to produce it, but give the players a break, let us enjoy the pack without weekly large changes. Currently 2.5hf is stable, no crashes, no real lag issues, there is nothing that needs improving.
    I do have 1 question and I'd like your honest answer do you actually fully play your own pack?

     However that is the point that basketkess is trying to make, the latest update adds 4 steps for a button another 3 steps for a piston an hour to get all the necessary units and items to get back on track for empowered redstona to make those items. When you make a change even a small one any auto crafting setups need to be change too.  I do understand and appreciate the effort you put into the pack, but there needs to be a line in the sand, for your players own sanity.  This latest change almost saw me quit, and a few others who are playing were feeling the same.

     It is iridum you need, there some info about that on the uv matter page in the guide,  you need cinnabar you make that with gold ore (5%) or redstone ore(25%) in the induction smelter, then when you smelt platinum ore you will get an iridium ingot.

     Oh I do give Emosewa credit for a both a really fun and hard pack, I was the one that recommended that Will, Mac and Scot play it. It is just frustrating when things keep getting chopped and changed, sometimes it feels like a punishment for innovation. I must say the latest version is really good and stable and I have no lag/crashing issues now, and it even runs faster for me without betterfps.

    As for the straw poll, HQM/BQ is cool,  however I think it is better with very limited rewards, or none at all, unless its trophy or badges for sections completed.

      @EmosewaGamer

    Come on give credit where credit due, it was Merrem that discovered the issue with the item id's causing the corruption,  it was Merrem that came up with the first working solution and Merrem who first suggested NotEnoughIDs(please credit him in the notes). My main problem is you just closed the issue with a "it's not my fault so not my problem" type attitude, however you was your lack of knowledge of this item id limit that was the base cause here. Chopping and changing the pack is badly affecting the player base.

    You pack needs players to be a success, but you like to punish those players for innovation, Some of us have put near 100 hours into your pack, you keep chopping and changing things breaking things making the pack slower and slower. It is time to decide it is done and leave it alone so we can now enjoy your efforts.

     if you can see them then that'll be fine,  I use merrem's solution it worked really well, have sorted 3 other peoples worlds now.   https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/modern-skyblock-2/issues/153  not enough id's is a good work around also , just not as tidy as cleaning the useless stuff out of the file :) , hopefully the pack creator does not add or remove any more mods now so we can actually play the pack uninterrupted.

    Well updating to 2.4.3 for me causes blocks to change all over my island, its like a huge shift in item id's.  I had some conveyor belts I went back to 2.4.2 (on a backup) I removed all of them and got rid of any I had in chests.  I have no yabba/jabba barrels, so its not the issue mentioned in the update notes. I've got so far and refuse to restart for the 3rd time because of the creator changing things yet again. How can I upgrade and save my island?

     Early game compressed netherrack with the compressed rock crusher, you will only get about 1 per compressed block. It is best to have the compressor setup with a quick dropper and collector. And make netherrack by the stacks.  It sounds slow but really it does not take too long. Oh and you need the cauldron to wash the dirty quartz too.
