I have a few projects I started a while ago with plans to make them that never materialized. After realizing I would never actually completed the project, I deleted them off my profile. However I still see them with a (Deleted) next to the title.
Is there a way to completely remove these projects? I found an old thread on the subject but it was never answered.

Nope.
If by delete you mean you went to the project settings and then pressed delete under "Delete Project" then you cannot bring it back.
