Also I'd like to know how I can edit the cofhcore configs to reduce all the amounts of different ores (copper, tin and so on). Any hints on that?

If you want to edit the amounts, you either:

    a) hope that the mod of the generated ore (Tin from Forestry for example) has an config option for it

    b) disable the ore generation of the specific ore in the config and re-add them as a json in config/cofh/world. Thermal Foundation already got one there, if you use their ores.

As far as I know ATG has built-in support for ExtraBiomesXL. I could be wrong though but in my tests it seemed to work perfectly.

Aw, sweet. I'll test it out on my own pack then :)

Hello, I saw that you that you included ExtraBiomesXL and ATG generation. What's the difference without ATG? Did you modify the generators.cfg to add compatibility between them both?

If I can figure out how to release server files then yes :-)

Here's a quick guide for the server, if you didn't figure it out already ;)

    1. Get the installer for forge, run it, select install server, point it to a directory, install it
    2. Copy your mods and config folder in this directory, delete ALL clientside mods (guess you know what this is ;) )

    To test it:

    1. Start it once, it should crash at the end of initialization
    2. Accept the EULA in the eula.txt
    3. If it doesn't crash anymore, you are set.

Also, recommendations a pack dev: Leave the server.properties and eula.txt, but delete everything but the mods, configs, libraries, minecraft server jar, forge server jar. Make a startup script for Windows (Mac and Linux maybe too) to start the server with an acceptable amount of RAM. Change the world type in server.properties to "ATG", so worlds will automatically spawn this type.

    I hope I could help ;)
