After this error kept showing up for a couple days, after trying to figure out what was the problem, I got it. I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it worked for me. Before I figured out the solution, I update my java, cleaned my computer, updated almost everything I can, and took the advice of all the other posted I found about this error(reinstall minecraft, delete .minecraft, ETC). The way I fixed it was by going to my Local Disk > Program Files (x86) > Minecraft. I deleted the runtime folder and it fixed my issue. Hope this helped
