That website has some good info on it but it starts losing it's usefulness pretty quickly. I would not recommend anything lower than an i5 7600 or the Ryzen 5 1600 with an SSD or a hybrid HD. As far as the graphics card goes, you could get away with using the onboard graphics on the i5 7600 until you can afford a better GPU, Just make sure there is enough RAM because it will be shared between the CPU & GPU. The Ryzen 5 1600 does not have an onboard GPU so you would need to buy a seperate GPU.
