If you could leave your computer spec that would be preferred.
Have you tried allocating more ram to the launcher? You can do that by going to CurseForge and then opening the settings and clicking on Minecraft.
Then near the bottom, you can allocate more memory to the Minecraft Launcher.
If that doesn't work you can always nuke the computer by doing fresh windows install, but remember to keep your files or move them on to another drive.
Otherwise, your computer might not meet the minimum requirements.
