You're getting the line twice because it's appearing once for client and once for server, it's just letting you know that the mod with the id "networks" has a block with the id "minecraft" (intended in your case). It should be fine
First: Install forge from their website Second: After forge is installed, go to your minecraft folder, and create a folder called "mods" in it Third: Put the mods you want inside the folder (Mind versions) Fourth: Make sure to use the Forge version in the minecraft launcher Fifth: Launch the game, and enjoy your mods
Alternatively: You can use a launcher: Like Technic, twitch, etc. and play modpacks created by other people, as well as create your own

You do not run a .jar file of a mod. it's not runnable.
Also, do you have forge installed? If so, just put the mods in the "mods" folder in .minecraft
