It appears that all of my worries were for naught. The system seems to schedule pushing changes automatically (or perhaps there is a magical elf that handles updates?) At any rate, about an hour after I made my change, the change was in place on the launcher and everything worked.
So I created, submitted and fixed a modpack. It has been approved and is appearing in the launcher. When I install and launch the version from the launcher, I receive an error that I am fairly confident is a result of the exclamation point issue with the codechickencore mod. (I had an exclamation point in my mod title.) I have changed the title and saved the changes to the project.
This brings me to my question:
How do I go about pushing a new version of a modpack through the system? Not only this change to fix a bug, but also to upgrade mods and what not. Do changes that I submit automatically push? Do I need to submit a new zip file to initiate another review? Have I missed something in the documentation and look like an inconsiderate fool for asking a question that has been answered or covered elsewhere?

Solved.
