TrainCraft, like most mods, is a mod for java edition. You need to launch Java edition from the Minecraft Launcher Curseforge opens, not Bedrock edition.
First you should check if the mod is actually loaded into Minecraft.
In the main menu of Minecraft (after pressing play in the Launcher) there should be a Mods button. Click on that.
In the mod list that appears on screen is TrainCraft listed?
If it is there, have you tried installing a mod like Not Enough Items (and its dependent CodeChickenCore) into that pack, and using their search bar to find the items? It tends to be better than the normal Creative menu.
A mod list is not very helpful for debugging lag issues.
Can you send a screenshot of the F3 screen, and a link to a spark profile (install https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/spark, then run /spark profiler, wait a minute then run /spark profiler --stop)
You can get the log by right clicking on the profile and "Open Folder", then open the "logs" folder and then find the file called "latest" or "latest.log". Open that and then copy (Ctrl + A then Ctrl + C) the text inside and paste it onto a paste site (Ctrl + V). Share the link the site gives you here.

Up to three working days, and because today and tommorrow are the weekend where CF is based that means up to five days from now.

Please make a new thread for your issue instead of replying to a five year old one

Review times should be between 1 hour and 5 days (3 working days).
If it has been twelve days then it probably got rejected, check for a red banner on the projects page.
If its status still says "under review" for the file and there is no red banner then open a ticket here: https://support.curseforge.com/en/support/tickets/new
Make sure to provide a link to the project and a description of whats wrong.

Please provide the latest.log file on a site like pastebin or CurseForges paste system: https://authors.curseforge.com/paste
