posted a message on Can't rename jars in modpacks to fix loading order issues?

Due to mods being loaded alphabetically, I need to rename the HQM.jar to zHQM.jar to make it load last.  This is needed because mods that load after H and have there items used as quest rewards become invalid cause they didn't exist when HQM loaded.  Example LootBags mod loads after H, so trying to make quests with LootBags items as rewards makes for invalid items next load.

Line 9590: [15:01:21] [Client thread/TRACE] [HardcoreQuesting/HardcoreQuesting]: Sending event FMLPostInitializationEvent to mod HardcoreQuesting

Line 10423: [15:01:22] [Client thread/ERROR] [HQM/HardcoreQuesting]: Attempted to read an item that doesn't exist lootbags:itemlootbag
Line 10424: [15:01:22] [Client thread/ERROR] [HQM/HardcoreQuesting]: Invalid reward item. Substituting with HQM invalid item.

Line 10475: [15:01:22] [Client thread/TRACE] [lootbags/lootbags]: Sending event FMLPostInitializationEvent to mod lootbags

The only way to fix this is to rename the HQM.jar to zHQM.jar so it loads later then LootBags.  However renaming jars makes Curse reject the pack:

Third Party files are not allowed to be included in modpack files unless they are on the list of open use mods. Please remove the mods/texturepacks from the pack and re-upload.
Files available on CurseForge should be installed through the manifest.json, not included in the Overrides folder.
The following mods are not allowed to be redistributed as they are already on CF:
    - HQM The Journey

How can the jar in a pack be renamed to fix loading order problems? Or is there a mod to fix loading order problems? Or do the people at curse need to add a feature for this?
