I'm trying to create a modpack for my friends.
Mods like Thermal Expansion, Forestry and Immersive engineering all add ore types to the game and using mods like Auto Ore Dictionary Convertor, InstantUnify, Orelib and Unidict has allowed the ores to be converted to a single mod when mined or smelted, but there are still multiple types of the same ore generating in the world.
What is the best way to make one mod control all the duplicate ore generation? If possible please give a detailed explanation.
