Available Team positions (ALL POSITIONS ARE VOLUNTEERED BASED):
- Co-Owner | The right-hand of the original founder. In terms of powers equal as being the owner of the server (0/1) - Administrator | The left-hands of the owners. Full management of both the team @aniworks and in-game experiences (0/1) - Moderator | The guardians of the server. They keep both the community as in-game experience fair for the players (2/3)
- Community Manager (0/1) - Helpers | Assistants of the team. They will assist where ever is needed and are willing to learn new things before they head for moderations (2/3) - Content Artists | The content providers of Aniworks. They work on 3D models, resource textures, pixelart to enhance the gameplay of the players (0/8).
Every position in Aniworks has a opportunity to be a Sr. version of that position. Where that specific person would be in charge of leading their specific division role. As example: Test is a Sr. Moderator at Aniworks and will be responsible of leading their fellow moderators and new upcoming ones in learning the way of being a moderator.
Tip before applying: Experiencing the server at first hand before sending an application increases your chance of being accepted.
Requirements of being a staff member / applying: 1. Be at least 16 years old. 2. Not being a staff member at another Minecraft server. 3. Be active both on Discord as In-game. 4. Be creative and motivated. 5. Take initiative and a pro-active mindset.
