Did you try to change the version of the mod? like older or newer?
You should consider about taking out some of the mods. I wonder if MalisisCorePlugin isn't causing the conflict

Can you mention what mods did you use in your pack?
Did you think about taking out some mods or trying to check if the problem appears also on clean(vanilla)?
I had experiences a similar issue, which possibly only occurred on a specific version. Like 1.19 was, but the newer ones loaded
Interesting idea. Did you think about the creepypasta related ones like ghost or hand?
