I recently fixed this problem by giving the game 6gb of memory using the Jvp settings in the Minecraft launcher (not the twitch version since it keeps causing problems for unknown reasons) and setting my pc settings to “best performance” AND setting java and Minecraft to “high priority” in the task manager. Yes that’s how much memory it needed. Although some people mentioned giving it too much memory causes crashes but that hasn’t happened to me yet.
Luke's suggestion above seems to be working although its far from perfect. This is why why mojang should have set up something on their forums or something so we dont have to go to 3rd parties for mod downloads.
