Why would you do this? Are you trying to do singleplayer with plugins?
https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/forge-essentials-74735 - An essentials thing with WorldEdit built in ( I think it has worldguard too)
https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/forgeguard-a-world-protection-mod-for-sponge - WorldGuard option
http://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/topic/60926-1112-112-worldprotector/ - other WorldGuard
https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/multiworld - possibly Multiverse?
It can take up to 24 hours due to that it's actual people going through all of the submitted modpacks!
Unfortunately, I don't think you can do that as they will flag the mod as not recognized when you upload it in the pack.
Try mapping the buttons in the controls. I had one with extra buttons that I just didn't use for much ingame but they didn't crash me.
All mods need to be on CurseForge or the approved 3rd Party mods list. Try submitting it to the 3rd Party list if it is free to use.
Yes you can! You just need to upload the mod as a mod project to CurseForge first!
There is no official forge support for 1.13 yet, so there are no 1.13 mods on CurseForge right now. Hope that answers the question.
They responded to my ticket within a few days

Sorry, what are you asking?
If the mod author did not put the mod on CurseForge, you won't be able to put it up as it's not your mod.
Usually within 12 hours!
