ok let me get the ball rolling here, how is this done? more information, the mod i'd like to include is OreSpawn, i tried to include it and the pack was rejected because "The following files do not appear to belong to any mods on the approved Non-CurseForge list: mods/orespawn.zip", furthermore some person at support (in the same rejection message) tells me " please follow the instructions at http://bit.ly/2klmJoX to have the mod added to the list of approved Non-CurseForge mods."
if i follow that link i'm sent to a googledoc page which had OreSpawn listed as an approved third party mod, so i think maybe it's the way i packaged the pack which is causing a problem (having researched this subject), i create an override folder and put the OreSpawn.zip in there to export along with the usual mods folder and other parts. this gets accepted "great" i think to myself, but knowing how things go i reserve celebrating too hard until i try to run the dl version from the launcher.
when i dl it and launch it it crashes because Orespawn isn't included. so this is the point where i return to my first statement but more precisely how am i to get OreSpawn included in a modpack in a way that has it included in the modpack when dowloaded from the launcher?
and know i'm to ask responders to pls not reply with links, re: "read this" or "watch this", if you feel that sort of thing is or will be helpful please read or watch it yourself and explain the part that you feel relevant to my question. thankyou
i'm having a few issues with my mudpack, primary atm 2 main things befuddling me.
starting a world sometimes crashes but mostly is fine, always crashing when following the path open inventory/bag> get tardis key>spawn tardis>save and quit world>attempt to rejoin world (crashes with Exception in server tick loop).
also the "hidden" script for minetweaker doesn't seem to load until the "mt reload" command is entered.
