Try a fresh seprate install of the pack and see if it works, then add your mods into the "mods" folder not into the coremods folder.

Have you been using impure crystals to generate electricity? It causes "pollution" to the environment and if you are wondering the "radiation" is from Deep Resonance mod.

You can easily remove it from ATM 3 without much issues (I think) a safer bet would be simply disabling it from the configs to not show up.
