I'm curious why Mob Grinding Utils was removed in favor of OpenBlocks. The fans in OpenBlocks are, simply put, exceedingly annoying to work around, since they cannot be blocked. They also cannot be oriented facing up/down or be fine tuned/upgraded. The only other early game option for non-water based mob movement would be vector plates, which require sugar obtainable as a rare drop from witches.
