Hello, I am running a community server in which myself and a partnered community are trying to run a modded playthrough of minecraft, however, it seems I cannot add new users on the modpack and I need a solution As she is getting the Curse.Radium.InstallManagement.InstallTaskFailed exception. I need a solution ASAP because this is extremely detrimental to my server.
Can anyone please please please please help me because I need to be able to run my server with new users.

I tried everything. Reinstalling curseforge: didn't work, re-exporting modpack, didn't work.
UPDATE: Rebooting the affected machine did NOT help either.
UPDATE: It seems to have resolved itself but would appreciate a workaround or any other method to get players going in case this happens again.
