Thanks so much this worked for me. But all i had to do was go into "C:\Users\(YourName)\Documents\Curse\Minecraft\Install" and run minecraft.exe

Edit: Opening it through the minecraft launcher still gives me the error so I just made a shortcut of minecraft.exe.
