What if we had something like a electro-shooter that could shoot a massive energy ball that deals tremendous damage but instead consumes 12.5 billion RF? (total capacity=100 billion RF, can't be drained by energy transfer-ers like the enervation dynamo) or other things that consume massive amounts of RF to do awesome things?
