      Because I didn't realize it had updated. I'll replace LL Overlay with it in the next update.

     I believe the idea is to have currency for multiplayer trades, for single player you can craft upt to $50 and craft them into solidified xp.  It's another recipe with multiple results that I'm not a fan of but hopefully we eventually iron out all the recipe conflicts.  Maybe we could get it changed to  maybe 4 fifties gets you 4 solidified xp?
    For singleplayer it's supposed to be like an extra reward. I made it conflict on porpoise, so that you'd at least do something to get it when you have a fully automated mob farm. Also in a pack this big it's almost impossible to remove all recipe conflicts.

     When I made them they didn't look like that, but that's what happens when I make 'em. Something's always bound to visually go wrong. I was going to have a guy make them, but he only specialized in pixel art, so this still looked better. I mean if anyone's willing to, go ahead!

     Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I'm happy to announce that the main feature of version 1.6.x, the long awaited official server is finally here! Have fun, don't crash it and don't overcrowd it in the first few hours.

     

     In the first week of the server being up we're also having a spawn building competition. To compete simply build a nice island and post a picture of it below. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't focus on actually playing the pack though. The winning island will become the spawn and whoever built it will be credited.

     Simply someone's made the pack with the same name without giving providing files or the ones they have provided haven't been approved. Unless they delete it, they'll keep the name.

    posted a message on Skyblock, A New Mod Pack Genre

      Hey there!

     

     Just in case you're new to modded Minecraft, a skyblock mod pack is one where you start on a small island in the sky/void and slowly expand and progress trough the set progression line.

     

     Now that that's out of the way, if you look trough the list of mod packs on CurseForge, you'll quickly notice that around 1/6 of all mod packs are skyblocks or skyblock-like. By their popularity we can easily say that nowadays that's what people are looking for. The only problem here is that there's no way for someone who's only interested in skyblocks to only search for them. If they search for only Magic or Tech packs (the 2 genres skyblock packs are usually in) not every single one will be a skyblock.

     

     This is why I suggest that "Skyblock" should be a new pack genre on Curse. Though, here I'm not the one to decide that, which is why you guys should vote on this. Who know, maybe if enough people vote at the end it will be turned in to a genre

     You get Steel from the Blast Furnaces (could go the RF or EU route). Also the dust has a few IC2 uses and is already registered in the ore dict. I'll add a furnace recipe though for gettimg lapis from it. When I added IC2 I just didn't realize that it defaulted to its lapis dust.

     Sorry to disappoint you, but no. It wouldn't make too much sense and it isn't something that I could change. I could change the recipe though, but it may require too much iron than needed. My idea is it to require a Cutter (durability is used with crafting) and 2 of the respected rod material. You'd get 4 rods, technically 2 for each ingot. Would that be ok?
