I see you issue now! So your not uploading the server to curse forge properly, you have to actually select the file for the client matching the server version you want. Click upload additional files, and then upload your zip there. You'll need to remove the manifest here before uploading as I believe it might complain. "You'll probably want to select upload as a server pack so that it can be downloaded from the curse forge app."
To solve this issue you can either do F11 (fnF11) to exit full screen and then I believe you can go into the video setting in Minecraft and change the resolution size. For some reason it appears to be detecting you have a 4:3 monitor rather than your 16:9 monitor.

Hmm, you have a duplicate of the bat file try removing that. Also are you using the manifest instead of the actual mod files in this case?

You'll need to remove the following files,
- start.bat
- start - Copy.bat
- start.sh
- user_jvm_args.txt
Curse Forge does not allow bat files in the server upload, jar files, and I am assuming the same for .sh files.
