posted a message on Mod or method to perma-load chunks for client

I'm playing a custom war styled modpack with friends on a server from MCPH I own, but as both teams bases get bigger, our clients freeze as we fly planes or even walk into chunks surrounding both bases. I could leave my base and have the chunks de-load then walk back and every new chunk causes my game to freeze for a couple seconds. Does anyone know a mod that can perma-load chunks for the client, similar to chunk loaders in a way, but instead of keeping chunks loaded for the server, chunks are loaded for the client. (If I leave my base, the chunks will stay loaded, if I go to another base the chunks will already be loaded). None of us have particularly good PC's/Laptops, but they aren't terrible. Any help would be appreciated.

posted a message on Custom Modpack Server crashing on first launch

I found the issue, MFFS and Galacticraft were breaking stuff along with damage indicators which i forgot to remove from the server as it is client side. If anyone has any ideas how to get MFFS and Galacticraft to work on a server, that would be great (those to mods never do seem to work on servers)

posted a message on Custom Modpack Server crashing on first launch
I recently made a custom modpack (works fine on singleplayer) and bought an MCPH server. After installing forge and uploading the mods, I went to start up the server and it crashed. I looked through the crash report and the console to try to solve the issue my self but couldn't figure it out. Based on the crash report I tried removing Galacticraft and its cores and Applied Energistics, neither of which fixed it. I'll attach the crash report file and also put a Pastebin link showing the console

posted a message on Non-Curse Mods in Modpack?

What does the thread mean by "put them inside overrides/mods"

Do I create a overrides folder inside my modpack instance folder and then put the third party mods into a mods folder inside that, or do I have to find a overrides folder somewhere else?

(sorry for posting on an old thread but I really need help!)
