I play with the modpack RLcraft, and some days ago I was talking with an owner of a mod because I was able to join my server that I made but my friends couldn't join, and this is the error they got: io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException:Connection refused: no further information
But the problem is, the owner of the mod said I should go into my server console, execute some commands that will make me able to override world mod configuration, because he said that the issue is probably in the world, but he and I don't know how server panels work and I don't know what kind of commands I have to execute in order to override world mod configuration. What commands do I use and how do I do it? (I also use Technic Launcher and I get all my mods from curseforge)
