It seems that you have dedicated too much RAM to your curseforge. If you're hosting on your computer the server is taking up at least 2GB of memory, and according to your logs you have decdicated about 12GB, so assuming your PC has 16 GB of ram, you're using up all of your memory. Turn your curseforge memory allocation down to about 6 or 8GB.
I dont think its possible to get mods on xbox 360, but if you want to do it on pc you have to buy minecraft from minecraft.net. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fd_IjR3BmOc That video can teach you how to add mods.
So the last few days I have been working on making a server for my modpack (Kinda CrazyCraft), I have removed all mods for players and searched for fixes and can't find one?

have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the modpack?

Do any of you know how to make it possible to when you create a new world make it be the map you created for the modpack?

Try allocating more ram or installing a newer version of java.
