    Thanks, that fixed it for me.

    This is a combination of two bugs:

    1. The window sometimes starts offscreen, probably because it is not following standard window creation procedures.
    2. The window does not respond to normal commands, like the Alt-Space-M to move, so if you can't see the title bar, you can't fix it.

    These should both be very easy fixes.
