Surprised you didn't link the CF page for the mod? Seems a little weird posting about a mod hosted on this site but pointing to some other site don't you think?
Generally when we see this kind of error, it is network related, either your network is having troubles connecting or something between you and the server is causing issues. The Latest.log from your logs folder may give some info on what's going on, and if possible the servers log.

If you have mods that appear in the Overrides/Mods folder in your export zips > delete the mods from your pack and Reinstall them using the the CF apps add content button. Its been a known issue and sometimes the app doesn't recognize the mod for X reasons.
Usually just deleting and reinstalling does the trick though, if it still keeps failing however to export properly Join the CF Discord and let us know so we can have a look at what's going on.

Log out of any accounts that are logged in (if any) then close the launcher > In the cf app click the 3 vertical dots that are beside the + Create Custom Profile button > Click the Repair Installation > as soon as it is done restart your pc. Then try logging in again.
If it still fails: The launcher the CF app uses is the same one Microsoft uses. So any login issues are on their end. Be sure you are in fact logging into the Microsoft account that owns the JAVA edition of minecraft.

Sounds like something the author of the mod should be fixing not Mojang. Either way logs would have been useful from the original issue just to have a look at what could be going on.
In the CurseForge app Next to the + Create Custom Profile button, there are 3 vertical dots, Click that > Then Click Repair Installation. This won't touch your packs. Once its done then try your pack.
If you see Repair Profile > your in the wrong spot.

Have you uploaded any files to this project? Can take 1-3 Working days for a new project to be approved, as long as you didn't need to make any changes to the project(resets position in que)
Also it is currently the weekend for the team that approves projects.

New projects, or projects needing manual review can take 1-3 working days. If you had to fix something in your project you get put back in the end of the que. Will just need to be patient.
No reviews are done on their weekend (Non working days)
Working Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Send new latest.log from the pack on the CF app as the Game Crashed error screens are pretty useless. Would also recommend using the app to install the mods vs download from the site / copy\paste.

At this point, I would recommend joining the CF Discord, as something odd is going on either with your app OR doing something wrong. Can better help you there (forum response times are slow)

In the cf app, go to your custom packs main section (where you see mods installed) > click the 3 vertical dots beside the Play button > Click Export profile > Check off all the stuff needed to make the pack function (leave out logs/uneeded things) then hit export. This is what you should have done the first time uploading your modpack. If this is not what you did then that may be why it didnt work.

Logs would help with this. Open your packs folder > folder called logs > send the one called latest here. OR join the CF Discord

Hmm would be a lot easier on discord, But few questions then:
i: Windows OR Mac?
ii: What version of the cf app do you have? (Gear lower right > V: #######)
iii) When you export the zip, are there any files or folders in it? (yes or no)
iii.a: If YES: are files in it what are they?
iii.b: If NO: did you select folders to export in the export feature?
iv: Can you past the url of the project on the site.
v: Are you uploading from your pc, OR from a server (onedrive,googledrive,cloud storage,etc)
